This picture shows my weight for today. This shows large change but The goal is a long way off....
Although Riding a bicycle is the easiest exercise in my plan, I felt it difficult today. Why I felt it?

Below shows excercising for today

  1. stretching
  2. plank for 6min 20sec dividing into 3 times
  3. push up 20times
  4. exercise with 5kg dumbbells 40times
  5. riding bicycle for 22min with 1 step intense and for 18 min 40sec with 2step intense
  6. running for 10min
