Here in Las Vegas, Del Taco is a popular fast food chain especially for the late night drunk crowd. Thanks to @larrymorrison, our resident vegan, he picked up their new menu item, "Beyond Tacos". Beyond Meat is a company that is leading the food industry in meat alternatives. Their goal is to be a billion dollar industry in the very near future. Del Taco partnered with them to bring us Beyond Tacos, a completely plant-based taco. Watch my review of them.
