Recipe Venezuelan hot dog.

Saludos mi gente, hoy comparto con ustedes la receta de perros calientes, muy tradicional en mi país (Venezuela), conocidos popularmente como asquerositos.
Para cumplir con un antojo de mis hijos, decidí prepararles unos perros calientes rápidos y faciles. A continuación la receta.

Ingredientes:

Pan para perros.
Salchichas.
Mayonesa
Salsa de tomate.
Mostaza.
Para la ensalada: repollo, zanahoria y Cilantro.
Sal.

Preparación:

Para la ensalada: debemos lavar, pelar y rallar las zanahorias, el repollo lo cortamos en cuadritos pequeños, en mi caso lo pase por agua caliente para matar bacterias.(opcional).Luego integramos ambos ingredientes y le agregamos el perejil picado, mezclamos y le agregamos sal.
Tomamos las salsas y la colocamos en un envase esto para diluirlas con un poco de agua de tal manera que sean mas faciles de aplicar a nuestros perros, ya que si esta muy espesa no lo podremos hacer, existen envases especiales pero en este caso improvise.
Cortamos los panes por el medio y los en un colador de pasta, la idea es colocarlos en vapor para que se calienten.
luego en una olla con agua caliente y sal introducimos las salchichas por 3 minutos y luego las retiramos.

Acoplamiento:

Abrimos nuestro pan, colocamos la salchicha, después la ensalada y por ultimo cada una de las salsas. y listo asi de facil y sabroso.Se preguntaran lo facil de esta receta y precisamnete es por esto que en mi pasi es conocida como comida rapida (chatarra). Espero que se animen a preparar estos ricos perros y disfrutarlos en familia.

then in a pot with hot water and salt we introduce the sausages for 3 minutes and then remove them.

Coupling:
