En estos momentos estoy lesionado de un biceps y me cuesta lanzar los elementos que más domino debido a ello, pero no me detengo, sigo de pie, ya estoy casi recuperado del todo, pronto volveré a tener toda mi fuerza y control, volveré y mejor, espero los motive mucho, estos vídeos son parte de mi entrenamiento.
