Ginisang Bunga ng Malunggay (Moringa Pods), Kalabasa(Squash) and Okra a Healthy Veggie Meal

$1

Hello! How are you? It has been a while since we ate bunga ng malunggay, and our malungggay tree is starting to grow pods. and my father is the one who harvests and prepares it for me.

When we still in our father side we don't have this kind of tree so after we permanently stayed on my mom side my grandmas have tree that they grow years past and they're the one who introduce me this dish and I hope they're proud of me that I can cook meals that they make us before.

Ingredients I Used:

Then, when the water started boiling, I added the meat to the pan with boiling water to tenderize or to cook the meat more.

When the water nearly evaporated, I added 2 tablespoon of cooking oil.

I let it cook until crispy.

After the meat was cooked, I added the aromatics like garlic, red onion, and ginger and let it sautee until aroma.

When browning starts appearing in the aromatics, it is good.

I then added the cut tomatoes.

Let the tomatoes cook until the texture is soft.

After that, I added 2 tablespoons of Bagoong (Fish Paste). Let that bagoong be cooked for about 30 seconds to remove the fishiness.
