Hola hola amigos de @hivefood Feliz martes para todos💜💜 por acá les traigo una de mis recetas ricas, rápidas y con pocos ingredientes jeje!! y está vez es un rico heladito de fresas y banana (cambur como se conoce en mi país) y es que estas altas temperaturas me traen super mal con el calor, es algo indescriptible 😫😫 lo que me provoca ed estar todo el día metida en una piscina jaja 😆 pero sin que me pegue el sol, por favor jajaja pero bueno como no se puede, toca estarse bañando a cada rato verdad? jaja porque mi aire acondicionado esta pidiendo clemencia de paso!! pero bueno, en vista de este calor inhumano, les dejo esta receta rica rápida y MUY refrescante 👇👇

Hello hello friends of @hivefood Happy Tuesday to all💜💜 here I bring you one of my recipes rich, fast and with few ingredients hehe!!!! and this time is a delicious strawberry and banana ice cream (cambur as it is known in my country) and is that these high temperatures bring me super bad with the heat, it is something indescribable 😫😫 what causes me ed to be all day in a pool haha 😆 but without the sun hitting me, please hahaha but well as you can not, you have to be bathing all the time right? haha because my air conditioner is begging for mercy by the way!! but well, in view of this inhuman heat, I leave you this recipe rich quick and VERY refreshing 👇👇

okey como ven, 3 ingredientes jeje. lo primero que haremos es lavar nuestras dressed por supuesto, y luego picarles la punta para cortarlas en rodajas junto a más bananas, y llevarlas a congelar toda la noche

okey as you see, 3 ingredients hehe. the first thing we will do is wash our dressed of course, and then chop the tip to cut them into slices with more bananas, and take them to freeze overnight.

El siguiente paso es sacar nuestras frutas y agregar las junto a la leche a nuestranlicuadora y licuar muy bien hasta que se disuelvan las frutas

El último paso es agregar la mezcla a un recipiente con tapa y llevar al congelador un par de horas para que tome más consistencia de helado y listooo así quedó🥰🥰

Les puedo decir que sabe DELICIOSO 😋 la mezcla de lo dulce de la banana y el cítrico de la fresa, es una delicia y además mega refrescante 🤤🤤 aunque una amiga me comentó que con crema de leche queda aún mejor, así que para el próximo le agregó a ver que tal sabe😍 por lo pronto si no tienen cream de leche, háganlo como yo con leche completa jeje queda rico también💗💗
