The efficiency of family labour

In contrast to the expensive hired men, children of the family alongside mom and dad can do the simple energy activities like receiving and throwing a single brick in a short distance chain interval.

In this image the man is arranging a kiln of bricks to be burnt and made ready for house construction, using family labour.

Trust me by not paying hired labour he saves a significant sum of money that will be ysed to pay his kids' school fees.
