Boardwalk Empire, so many claim credit for it. Some sources cite Joseph S. Sormani as responsible for the drink in 1905; others point to Johnnie Solon, one of the best mixers of the early 20th century. There's no argument that the Bronx was one of the star cocktails of the 1940s, even competing with Martini and Manhattan. Today it is still a very popular option and is part of the official cocktail list of the International Bartender Association.

Ingredients

3.0 cl (6 parts) Geneva

1.5 cl (3 parts) Red Vermouth (appetizer)

1.0 cl (2 paret) Vermouth dry

1.5 cl (3 parts) Orange juice

Put all the ingredients in the shaker mixed with ice and stir well. It's served in a martini glass. And drink up! In moderation.
